Custom Projects

Custom projects are based on an hourly rate of $225+tax (CAD), and are charged on a per session basis.

There is a minimum of $150+tax for anything that is half an hour or less, and the price increases by $10 every 10 minutes from there up to an hour.

During a consult for a new custom project, Taylor will always try to give the client a ballpark estimate price (per session if multiple sessions), just so there are no surprises! However, it is always a good idea to budget for a bit more in case your appointment goes over the estimated timeframe, which can happen for a variety of reasons.

Flash

Flash designs are pre-drawn designs that Taylor posts to her ‘Available Flash’ highlight on Instagram. The designs are priced at a flat rate or estimated price range based on $200/hr and an estimated time it will take at the minimum size listed, unless specified otherwise. If flash sizes are significantly increased or placed on a more difficult area, they will be priced at Taylor’s custom hourly rate.

Deposit Structure

The deposit amount to book with Taylor depends on the estimated time your tattoo will take. The deposit structure is as follows:

  • 3 hours or less - $105

  • 4-6 hours - $210 (multi-session pieces)

  • Over 6 hours - $420 (sleeves/backpieces, etc.)

All amounts include tax and are in CAD!

Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required upon booking an appointment. Deposits are meant to secure your spot and to ensure you show up to your appointment. They are non-refundable, no exceptions!

Deposits come off the total amount of your tattoo. If your tattoo will take multiple sessions, it will come off the final session.

Once you are booked in for an appointment, the deposit can be sent to Taylor via e transfer to a specified email. Alternatively, if you have a consultation booked you may e transfer if after the consult or you may pay in cash. If a deposit is not received promptly, your appointment is not secured and you may risk losing it to someone else.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so with at least 48 hours notice in order to keep your deposit and transfer it to a rescheduled appointment. In the event of a last minute cancellation or if you no show your appointment, you forfeit your full deposit and another must be made to book a new appointment.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for an appointment, a late fee may be applied to your total amount for that session. In the event that there is another appointment booked after you, your appointment may be cancelled depending on how late you show up.
